[ANNOUNCE] elilo 3.6 released

Actual announcement and download URLS are at:

So, since I stupidly named the pre-release versions, I've decided to
skip 3.5 and release the "stable" elilo as 3.6.  The only change since
3.5pre2 is:

1) Fixed a textmenu bug.
