patches added to test tree

The following patches have been added to the test tree
(but I also sent them to Linus ... so this notification
may not have much value):

Dean Nelson:
      [IA64] utilize notify_die() for XPC disengage

Panagiotis Issaris:
      [IA64] Replace kcalloc(1, with kzalloc.
