unaligned ld.a optimization

This patch enables code optimization for unaligned advanced load.
Kernel will always attempt unaligned load even though ALAT update is not
possible. This will enable compiler to do optimization where certain
code path after ld.a is not required to have ld.c/chk.a, i.e. code path
with no store in between.

David, would you please apply? Patch is diff'ed relative to 2.6.2.
