To give you some background on this: IA-64 has no support for ISA or
ISA DMA (and that's a Good Thing...).  So any driver using ISA DMA
won't compile.  That's not a problem because the IA-64 boxes don't
have such hardware in the first place (things get a bit more
interesting when a driver can be used both for ISA and PCI devices and
the driver isn't structured cleanly; but we'll just have to fix such
code one by one...).
