Found it.

Not sure what the "right" way to do this is... generated it with
"git format-patch FETCH_HEAD.." on the master branch, and dropped it
inline to the mail.

Um.... patch included because it's so trivial anyone could have fixed it,
but what's the "proper" way to submit patches?
