git-commits mailing list feed

The attached script is a first attempt at recreating the feed which was
previously being sent to the bk-commits-head@vger mailing list. We keep
a local tag 'MailDone', and from cron we pull and then generate a mail
for any commit which is in the new HEAD but wasn't also an ancestor of
'MailDone'.

It'd be useful if someone else would have a go at recreating the other
part of what my BK script (http://david.woodhou.se/bkexport.sh) used to
do -- the web page listing individual changesets since the last commit,
as seen at http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.5/testing/cset/
